Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Guests

Full Refund:
Cancellations made 14 days before check-in receive a 100% refund.

No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in or no-shows forfeit all payments.


2. Exceptions & Extenuating Circumstances

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events (e.g., illness, flight cancellations, natural disasters).

Host Discretion:
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies (e.g., medical crises, government travel bans). Documentation (e.g., doctor’s note) is required.


3. Security Deposits

Damage Protection:
A refundable security deposit may be held to cover accidental damage.

Refund Process:
Deposits are returned within 14 days after check-out, provided no damage or rule violations occur.


4. Early Departures or No-Shows

No refunds are provided for unused nights due to early departures or late arrivals.


5. Reservation Changes

Date Modifications:
Changes to check-in dates are subject to availability and may incur rate differences.

Guest Reductions:
Reducing guest numbers after booking does not qualify for partial refunds.


6. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Events:
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions preventing travel, guests may:

  • Reschedule their stay (subject to availability).
  • Receive a credit for a future booking.
  • Request a refund (processed case-by-case).

7. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.


Important Notes

All refunds exclude transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing).

Bookings via third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb) follow their refund policies.
